It’s already open the inscription of „Catavinum World Wine & Spirits Competition 2017“.

It is already launched the „Catavinum World Wine & Spirits Competition 2017“ open to the participation of all bottled and labeled wines and spirits of the World: still wines, sparkling wines, liquor wines, sweet wines, spirits, etc.

Contest results will be published on our website and will be promoted through our newsletters for professionals, consumers and international media, social networks…

Inscription fee: 50 euro per participant and you may submit all wines/spirits you deems appropriate.

Deadline for reception of samples, January 15, 2017.

In the last edition were tasted a total of 3156 wines and spirits and 937 got the corresponding medal and certificate. There were wines and spirits from more than 28 countries.

Започна обратното броене до DiVino.Taste 2016

Шестото издание на най-големия форум за българско вино DiVino.Taste ще се проведе от 18 до 20 ноември 2016 година. Билети могат да бъдат закупени за един, два или всичките три дни на за изложението.

Близо 70 производители на български вина ще представят най-доброто от своята продукция. За пореден път през тези три дни ще празнуваме виното!

Мястото е известно и лесно – зала 3 на НДК в София. Посетителите ще имат възможност да дегустират над 500 вина, да се срещнат с хората, които ги създават, да научат лично от тях историята зад всяко вино. За някои виното е история и магия, за други – изражение на природата, за трети то е рожба на талантливи лозари и винари, влюбени в работата си. То е също аромати и вкус, мисъл и удоволствие… Виното е всичко това, но и още нещо: през ноември българското вино е DiVino.Taste!

Шест години са и много, и малко. Много, защото през това време DiVino.Taste извървя дълъг път и се превърна в най-големия форум на българското вино. От друга страна шест години са малко, защото виното на България тепърва поема по един нов и дълъг път и едва сега започва да разкрива истинския си потенциал.

Още след първото издание, през 2011 в Централния военен клуб, DiVino.Taste показа, че е най-успешният формат за популяризиране на качественото българско вино. По време на изложението посетителите получават уникална възможност да опитат нови продукти, да научат повече за отделни подзони или сортове и да се ориентират в голямото разнообразие на пазара. DiVino.Taste събира на едно място едновременно хората, които създават българското вино и онези, за които то е предназначено. DiVino.Taste се наложи и като място, където професионалисти от чужди държави идват, за да се запознаят с българското винопроизводство.

Освен да дегустират огромното разнообразие от вина, посетителите ще имат възможност  да закупят предпочитаните сред тях на специални цени от Casavino.

По традиция, заедно с изложбената част, програмата на DiVino.Taste ще предложи много майсторски класове, семинари, лекции и презентации.

Description:

Established in 1990, it is the only wine-judging event in North America that is based on Terroir. Judges taste wines with other wines of the same appellation. Thus, with cross-regional competition removed, the inherent quality of wines can be seen without the influences that sometimes eclipse even a wine of very high quality. GHA recognizes wine entries that best exemplify the terroir of their respective viticultural areas, and acknowledges its influence on wine quality. A medal in this wine competition not only gives your wine prestige and selling power, it adds talking points in your retail room. International Bulk Wine Competition 2016

The International Bulk Wine Competition received in 2015 more than one hundred samples from 9 different countries (Argentina, Australia, Chile, Spain, France, Italy, South Africa, Canada and Croatia).

Gourmet Area

The gourmet area was one of the highlights of the WBWE: a tasting workshop with gourmet creations inspired by the wine regions of the participating countries. The chef in charge of this area was Galician chef Kike Piñeiro, who was accompanied by his usual partner Mark Wernink.

The Vine

The 7^th edition also brought novelties that were oriented towards an important increase of business opportunities and to develop the possibilities of the wine sector.

The official launch of this new area (THE VINE, ALL ABOUT VINE, EXCEPT WINE) within the fair, left very good impressions both for its first participants and for the visitors; and that is why the development and growth perspectives of this area are promising. THE VINE was conceived to foster business opportunities and to create synergies among professionals of the vine sector but who are not necessarily winemakers.
